High School Education

To support families who seek a K–12 learning pathway in Catholic Education, John XXIII College allocates Year 7 positions for students graduating from St Thomas' subject to the College’s enrolment  parameters.

Families who are seeking an all girls’ setting for their daughter’s Years 7-12 education, and continuing the traditions of the Presentation Sisters, are advised that Iona Presentation College, Mosman Park, allocates positions for St Thomas’ students (subject to the College’s enrolment parameters).

NAPLAN Results: We have recently been advised by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) that St. Thomas' Primary School, Claremont has been identified as having demonstrated substantially above average gain in reading and/or numeracy achievement, as measured by NAPLAN.

ACARA, wrote to extend their congratulations to the staff and the school community regarding this achievement, as improvement in student literacy and/or numeracy of this magnitude, as measured by NAPLAN, is significant and worthy of highlighting and acknowledging.

The Australian Government has provided money to the Local School Community Fund and we are grateful to have received $5000 towards our Nature Play Project for 2020.
